Keswick-Backed Marrinan Group Acquires Kindred Hearts

Marrinan Group, a portfolio company of Keswick Partners, announces it has acquired KH Sports Fan, Inc. and Kindred Hearts, Inc. (collectively, “Kindred Hearts” or “KH”), a manufacturer of American-made home goods with a vast offering of officially licensed collegiate products, including wall hangings, yard signs, outdoor items, holiday décor, and office accessories. In addition to the company’s suite of officially licensed collegiate goods, KH also operates in the non-licensed home décor market, servicing major, big box retailers.

KH represents Marrinan Group’s first add-on acquisition since Keswick Partners completed a recapitalization of the business in 2023.
